Prajakta Koli wins a Daytime Emmy for her documentary Creators for Change along with Liza Koshy and Thembe Mahlaba
One of India's top YouTubers, Prajakta Koli has won a Daytime Emmy award for a documentary called Creators for Change. She shares this award with Liza Koshy and Thembe Mahlaba. The documentary also featured former First Lady of America Michelle Obama.
The documentary is a YouTube original that shows the above-mentioned YouTubers in conversation with the former First Lady Michelle Obama. It is about supporting girls' education and shows the stories of grown-up girls in three countries - Vietnam, India, and Namibia.
It talks about the obstacles a girl faces on the road to growth and success and how they overcome them. The documentary has won in the Outstanding Daytime Non-fiction Special category. Sharing the news Prajakta wrote, "And look what happened. Love you @_thembemathe @lizakoshy @michelleobama @youtube".
Prajakta has been making some very interesting content on her YouTube channel MostlySane. It was launched in 2015 and has helped her go places.
