Before Prince Phillip's funeral family members Prince Charles, Prince William and Kate Middleton share pictures with him
The news of Prince Philip's death came as a shock to everyone. The royal family shared pictures of him on their social media handles. The pictures are about their favourite memories with the Duke of Edinburgh.
The pictures were shared ahead of his funeral which is just around the corner. Many royal family members including Prince William, Prince Charles, and Kate Middleton shared pictures with him. His son Prince Charles shared a picture with his father from the time when they played polo together.
Charles next in line to take the throne and in the black and white picture, the father-son duo is sitting on horses wearing polo outfits. Both have a mallet in their hands. Sharing the picture he wrote, "Remembering the Duke of Edinburgh as a much loved Father and Father-in-Law."

Prince William and Kate Middleton shared a family picture from 2015. The picture was captioned, "Today we share, along with Members of @theroyalfamily, photographs of The Duke of Edinburgh, remembering him as a father, grandfather, and great-grandfather." Queen Elizabeth can also be seen in the pictures smiling with her family and William is holding Prince George's hand. Kate Middleton is carrying her daughter Princess Charlotte.
The funeral for the Duke of Edinburgh will take place on April 17 and 30 members of the royal family will mark their attendance. It has been kept as a close affair due to the rising covid cases and lockdown in Britain.
