Last year's megahit horror film, 'IT' has decided to work on its sequel. It is going to cast another villain this time as well. The actor, Teach Grant who has been well known for his roles in 'Supernatural', 'Van Helsing' and this year's 'Altered Carbon' has been chosen to play the role of Henry Bowers as a minor villain as shown in Stephen King's book.
In 2017, Henry had been driven mad by the evil entity that rose in the form of Pennywise the Dancing Clown. It used to terrorize and eat the children of Derry, Maine once in 27 years. Bowers was prodded by IT and hence killed his own father. Anyone who would have read the original story would know what pivotal role Bowers play in the second part.
#Pennywise left something in my room to welcome me to Derry. Maybe the clown is simply misunderstood? With good acting chops, Teach Grant has always appeared in minor roles. This movie proved to be a commercial success for WB and for New Line as well. The studio announced the news of the sequel soon after it became the highest grossing horror film. With a tiny budget of 35 million dollars, the film managed to earn around 700 million dollars.
People can expect to see the Loser's Club once again as adults and scattered. They would be forced to come back to Derry, Maine once they get to hear about the return of the clown who would haunt the town and feed on its fear. The movie will be directed by Andy Muschietti and is expected to be released on September 6, 2019.
