However, Yami Gautam recently told a leading daily that she is in no hurry to walk down the aisle just yet. The actress said, "How many marriages can the 2018 calendar accommodate? The calendar is already filled with marriages keeping the media busy. So spare me, please. I am single. I will remain single until I get married. At the moment I have no plans for marriage."
Yami was linked to her co-star Pulkit Samrat in the past. The two have always claimed to be "close friends", but Pulkit's ex-wife, Shweta Rohira puts forth a different version of events altogether.
Pulkit and Shweta's marriage came to a bitter end, less than a year after tying the knot. Shweta blamed Yami accusing her of being a home-breaker. However, Pulkit remarked his ex-wife of "falsifying facts" on the matter. Meanwhile, Pulkit and Yami continued to maintain that they were "just friends".
On the work front, Yami is all set to appear in Aditya Dhar's war-drama Uri: The Surgical Strike. The movie will hit the screens on January 11. Yami plays an intelligence officer in the film.
