In the latest update in the Raj Kundra case, public prosecutor Aruna Pai has informed the Bombay High Court that 51 pornographic films were seized from two applications by the Mumbai Crime Branch.

Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe were arrested as they started removing evidence like deleting videos and WhatsApp groups. The two were separately challenging arrest and remand which according to them was illegal in case of non-compliance to CrPC notice for explanation mandated when an offense attracts a maximum of 7 years of punishment.
Through video conference, the bench comprising Justice Ajay Gadkari was told by the public prosecutor about the serious offenses of porn streaming content. The college has also gathered material from phone and storage devices.
Aruna Pai further said that there were email messages from Raj Kundra on his Hotshot app which is co-owned by Pradeep Bakshi. Bakshi is Kundra's brother-in-law and owns a company in London.
